Acquired in June 2010, this existing mall is situated on a skytrain route and at the busy intersection of Lougheed Highway and Austin Avenue. Its' great positioning provides it with the extraordinary potential to become a dominant shopping centre in the region.

Lougheed Town Centre is to undergo a redevelopment and densification plan that calls for approximately 2 million square feet of mixed-use density to be built out. Much like Brentwood Town Centre, completion of Lougheed's redevelopment will result in a signature urban destination that is an attractive home for residents, workers and businesses, and a draw for the residents of Burnaby and beyond.
